Low Rent(20,000 - 30,000yen/month ), Low Initial cost(below 10,000yen) Apartments.

Furnished Apartments.

Includes: Luminaires, Ranges, Refrigerator, Microwave (Some apartments don't have).

Premiums: Futon, Dishes, Pan, Cookware, etc...

Short-term(longer than 3 monthes) rental is also available.

A cosigner is NOT needed.

Usually in Japan, you must get cosiner(Rentai-Hoshonin) to rent an apartment, but this may be difficult and bothering for foreingners. If you meet some conditions, your cosigner will be unnecessary for renting our apartment.

We speak Slow, Easy Japanese.

We support your entire Japanese life.

We guide to your school from the apartment, Utilities(Electoricity, Gas, Water) Contract, Putting trashes、etc...
